Terms and Conditions — The Ameritalian™ Programs

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase, enrollment, and participation in any program, product, coaching session, service, or digital offering provided by The Millionaire Couple, Inc. under the brand The Ameritalians™ (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Programs covered by these Terms include, but are not limited to:

By purchasing or participating in any Ameritalian™ program, product, or service (collectively, the “Programs”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before enrolling. Each Program may have additional program-specific terms, set out below, which apply in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a direct conflict between a program-specific section and the general Terms, the program-specific section controls for that Program only.

1. Program Overview

The Ameritalian™ Programs provide educational content, coaching, instruction, resources, and tools designed to help individuals better understand travel, relocation, lifestyle, language, and systems related to living in or spending extended time in Italy.

Program features may include, but are not limited to:

2. Enrollment, Pricing, and Access

Program pricing is displayed on the checkout page at the time of purchase.

Upon successful enrollment, you will receive access credentials to any applicable online platform or resources associated with the Program.

Access to any Program or digital platform is granted for your personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, sublicensed, or resold.

We reserve the right to revoke or suspend access if we determine there has been:

3. Program Length, Included Bonuses, and Continuation

3.1 Andiamo™ — Program Length and Included Free Bonus

Andiamo™ is a six (6) month program. The program runs for this fixed duration, as outlined at the time of purchase (your “Program Term”).

Included Free Bonus — Community, Calls, and Updates. During your six-month Program Term, the following are included with your Andiamo™ enrollment as a complimentary bonus, at no additional charge:

These bonus features are included free for the entire six-month Program Term and are not separately billed. No membership fee of any kind is charged during your Program Term, and no Membership fee is ever charged unless you affirmatively elect the Membership. Continuation of these features after your Program Term is entirely optional and opt-in, as described in Section 3.3.

3.2 Parliamo™

Parliamo™ is a ten (10) week program. The program runs for this fixed duration, as outlined at the time of purchase.

3.3 Andiamo™ Continuation Membership

3.3.1 Overview. Upon completing (graduating from) the six-month Andiamo™ program, you may choose, at your sole option, to continue your access on an ongoing basis through the “Andiamo™ Continuation Membership” (the “Membership”). An active Membership includes: (a) continued access to the Ameritalian™ community platform, including community events and meet-ups where offered; (b) monthly group calls; (c) all updates and new content added to the Andiamo™ program while your Membership is active; and (d) introductions to third-party Specialists we recommend, which are subject in all respects to Section 10 (including our disclaimer that Specialists are independent third parties whom we do not vet, certify, or guarantee).

3.3.2 Pricing; the Locked Rate. The standard Membership price is $97 per month, or such other price as displayed at the time you enroll in the Membership (the “Standard Rate”). If a discounted rate of $47 per month (the “Locked Rate”) is offered to you on the post-purchase page immediately following your Andiamo™ checkout, and you elect that offer, your Membership is scheduled at that time: no Membership fee is charged during your Program Term, and recurring billing at the Locked Rate begins automatically when your Program Term ends, as disclosed at the time of your election, unless you cancel before the first charge. The Locked Rate is offered only on that page, at that time; if you do not elect it there, any later Membership enrollment will be at the then-current Standard Rate.

3.3.3 Locked Rate Guarantee (“For Life”). For Members on the Locked Rate, we will not increase the $47 monthly rate for as long as your Membership remains continuously active and in good standing. The Locked Rate ends permanently upon: (a) your cancellation of the Membership; (b) a lapse in your Membership caused by a failed payment that is not cured within fourteen (14) days of our notice to you; or (c) termination of your access under Section 5, 13, or 14. After the Locked Rate ends for any of these reasons, any subsequent re-enrollment in the Membership, if we permit it, will be at the then-current Standard Rate. The Locked Rate applies to the Membership price only; it is not a guarantee of any particular feature, format, call frequency, platform, or Specialist.

3.3.4 Billing and Cancellation. The Membership is billed as a recurring monthly fee, charged automatically each month until canceled. You may cancel at any time by emailing team@theameritalians.com. Cancellation stops future billing beginning with the next billing cycle; it does not entitle you to a refund of any fee already charged for the current or any prior billing period. See Section 4.3 for the applicable refund policy.

3.3.5 Changes to the Membership. We may modify the features, format, frequency, content, or hosting platform of the Membership from time to time, provided that the price charged to Locked Rate Members will not be increased as described in Section 3.3.3. We may change the Standard Rate for new or non-Locked-Rate Members at any time, and for existing non-Locked-Rate Members upon at least thirty (30) days’ advance notice.

3.4 Post-Program Access for Andiamo™ Graduates

If you complete the six-month Andiamo™ program and do not enroll in (or later cancel) the Continuation Membership, you will retain access to the core Andiamo™ training modules as they exist as of the end of your Program Term, subject to Sections 2, 5, 6, 13, and 14. This retained access continues for as long as we continue to operate the platform hosting the Andiamo™ program; we do not guarantee perpetual availability of any content or any particular hosting platform, and we may migrate, update, or retire platforms in our discretion.

Retained access under this Section 3.4 does not include: (a) community platform access, events, or meet-ups; (b) monthly group calls; (c) updates or new content released after the end of your Program Term; or (d) Specialist introductions. Those features require an active Continuation Membership.

4. Refund Policy and Money-Back Guarantee

All sales are final unless otherwise explicitly stated in this Section 4.

4.1 Andiamo™

A 30-day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to the initial Andiamo™ Program enrollment. To request a refund for the Andiamo™ Program, you must email team@theameritalians.com within 30 calendar days of your purchase date and include your full name, the email address used for purchase, and the reason for your refund request. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4.2 Parliamo™ (Italian Language Program)

Parliamo™ includes a first live group lesson (“Trial Lesson”) that serves as a trial period for the Program.

You have twenty-four (24) hours from the conclusion of your Trial Lesson to request a full refund. To request a refund within this window, you must email team@theameritalians.com and include your full name and the email address used for purchase. Refund requests are accepted only in writing (email); verbal requests made during or after a live session, to an instructor, or through any other channel do not constitute a valid refund request and will not be honored.

The 30-day Money-Back Guarantee is conditioned on your attending and participating in the entire first class of the Parliamo™ Program, for the full ninety (90) minutes. If you do not attend the full 90 minutes of the first class — including arriving late, leaving early, or not attending at all — you are not eligible for a refund under this guarantee, and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Once the 24-hour window following the Trial Lesson has closed, all sales are final and no refund will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the instructor, pace, format, or content, scheduling conflicts, or any change in personal circumstances.

This 24-hour policy is the exclusive refund remedy for Parliamo™ and supersedes any general refund language elsewhere in these Terms as applied to Parliamo™.

4.3 Andiamo™ Continuation Membership

The Continuation Membership is opt-in only; you will never be charged a Continuation Membership fee unless you have affirmatively elected the Membership as described in Section 3.3.2.

No money-back guarantee or refund applies to any monthly fee charged under the Andiamo™ Continuation Membership described in Section 3.3, for any reason. Your only remedy is to cancel future billing as described in Section 3.3.4; amounts already charged are non-refundable.

4.4 The Ameritalian™ VIP Coaching Program

Payment for the VIP Coaching Program is due in full upfront at the time of enrollment. No money-back guarantee or refund of any kind applies to the VIP Coaching Program, for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with coaching sessions, scheduling, pace, results, or any change in personal circumstances. This no-refund policy applies regardless of how much of the program (including included access under Section 9.3) you have used at the time of any refund request.

4.5 Other Programs

No money-back guarantee or refund policy applies to the following Programs unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing at the time of purchase:

5. Violation of Terms and Forfeiture of Guarantee

If you violate any portion of these Terms—including but not limited to unauthorized sharing of Program materials, misuse of Program access, disruptive or abusive behavior within the community, self-promotion or unauthorized promotion of any business, or intellectual property infringement—you may have your access terminated immediately, as described further in Section 14.

In such cases, all payments made will be forfeited, and any applicable money-back guarantee (including the Parliamo™ 24-hour window described in Section 4.2) will become immediately void. Termination due to violation of these Terms does not entitle you to a refund under any circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

All Program content—including but not limited to videos, training materials, guides, templates, worksheets, recordings, lesson recordings, written materials, curricula, graphics, and systems, across all Programs including Andiamo™ and Parliamo™—is the private and proprietary property of The Millionaire Couple, Inc. and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your personal educational use only.

You may not:

7. Coaching and Educational Disclaimer

The Ameritalian™ Programs, including Parliamo™, provide educational information, instruction, and coaching support only.

Nothing within the Programs constitutes legal, financial, tax, immigration, investment, or professional advice of any kind.

You are solely responsible for your personal decisions, actions, and results. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, timelines, approvals, proficiency levels, or results related to travel, residency, visas, taxation, relocation, or language acquisition.

Results vary based on individual circumstances, effort, engagement, practice outside of sessions, and factors beyond our control. Your success in any Program depends substantially on your own participation and application of the material — that participation is part of the formula that produces any result, and is not something we control or guarantee.

8. Parliamo™ – Program-Specific Terms

The following terms apply specifically to the Parliamo™ Italian language program, in addition to the general Terms above.

8.1 Nature of the Program

Parliamo™ is designed to help you build a foundation to begin speaking Italian. It is not a test-preparation course and does not prepare you for, or guarantee success on, any government, academic, or certification language examination (including but not limited to CILS, CELI, or PLIDA exams).

8.2 No Guarantee of Learning Outcomes

We do not guarantee that you will learn Italian, reach any particular proficiency level, or achieve any specific result through Parliamo™. Language acquisition depends heavily on your individual aptitude, prior exposure, effort, attendance, and practice outside of scheduled sessions. We are not responsible for your rate of progress or ultimate proficiency.

8.3 Instruction and Instructors

Lessons are delivered by instructors engaged or contracted by us. While we take reasonable care in selecting instructors, we do not guarantee the teaching style, pace, or method of any individual instructor will suit every participant, and we are not liable for any dissatisfaction with, or claims arising from, instructor performance, teaching methodology, or content delivery.

8.4 Recording of Lessons

All Parliamo™ lessons, including group and any individual sessions, are recorded. By enrolling, you consent to being recorded during live sessions. Recordings are uploaded to the member portal for enrolled participants’ reference and are subject to the intellectual property terms in Section 6 — they may not be copied, downloaded, or redistributed outside the portal.

8.5 Refunds

Refunds for Parliamo™ are governed exclusively by Section 4.2 above (the 24-hour Trial Lesson window).

9. The Ameritalian™ VIP Coaching Program – Program-Specific Terms

The following terms apply specifically to The Ameritalian™ VIP Coaching Program, in addition to the general Terms above.

9.1 Program Description

The VIP Coaching Program includes one (1) coaching call per month with Pamela Tognin, Garry Creath, or both, focused on coaching and assisting you on your path toward living in Italy full-time or part-time. The specific coach(es) assigned to a given call, and the format of each call, are determined by us and may vary from month to month.

9.2 Specialist Referrals

As part of the Program, we may put you in touch with Specialists we recommend (see Section 10). Any fees charged by a Specialist are separate from, and in addition to, your VIP Coaching Program fee, and are entirely your own responsibility. The general disclaimers in Section 10 regarding Specialists apply fully to any Specialist referral made through the VIP Coaching Program.

9.3 Included Program Access

Enrollment in the VIP Coaching Program includes access to the Andiamo™ and Ameritalian Travel Insider™ Programs for a period of one (1) year from your VIP Coaching Program enrollment date. This included access is subject to the general Terms applicable to those Programs, including Sections 2, 6, and 7, except that no separate money-back guarantee applies to this included access — it is governed by Section 4.4.

9.4 Payment

Payment for the VIP Coaching Program is due in full, upfront, at the time of enrollment, unless another payment arrangement is expressly agreed to in writing at the time of purchase.

9.5 No Refund

There is no money-back guarantee for the VIP Coaching Program. See Section 4.4.

10. Third-Party Specialists and Referrals

From time to time, including as part of the Andiamo™ Continuation Membership (Section 3.3) and the VIP Coaching Program (Section 9), we may recommend or refer you to third-party professionals or service providers, including but not limited to real estate agents or brokers, mortgage or lending specialists, tax advisors, immigration or visa specialists, and attorneys (collectively, “Specialists”).

You acknowledge and agree that:

We recommend Specialists based solely on our own experience and are acting only as a connector. We do not vet, certify, license, insure, or guarantee the work, licensing status, competence, conduct, fees, or outcomes of any Specialist. Any description of a Specialist in our marketing materials as “recommended,” “trusted,” or similar reflects only our own subjective experience and is not a certification, endorsement of qualifications, or guarantee of any kind. You are solely responsible for independently researching, vetting, and verifying the credentials, licensing, and suitability of any Specialist before engaging them, and for any agreement you enter into with a Specialist directly.

We are not liable for any act, omission, advice, error, result, dispute, fee, or damage arising from your engagement with any Specialist. You engage any Specialist entirely at your own risk and take full responsibility for your own decisions and actions in connection with that engagement.

Material Connection Disclosure: In some cases, we may receive a referral fee, commission, or other compensation from a Specialist for referring you, and in other cases we may not — this varies by Specialist and is not always within our control to disclose in advance. Where a financial relationship exists, our recommendation should not be understood as a substitute for your own independent due diligence, and the existence of any such compensation does not change our disclaimer of liability above.

11. Testimonials

We may ask you to provide feedback or a testimonial regarding your experience with a Program. Providing a testimonial is entirely voluntary, and we will only request your permission before use. If you agree to provide a testimonial, you consent to us using your name, likeness, statements, and (where applicable) results in our marketing and promotional materials, in any format and medium, and you acknowledge that once submitted with your consent, the testimonial becomes public.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Millionaire Couple, Inc. and The Ameritalians™ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from your participation in any Program, including Parliamo™.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Your use of the Programs is entirely at your own risk.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any Program at any time if you: violate these Terms; share Program materials without permission; engage in abusive or disruptive behavior toward other participants or staff; attempt to replicate, copy, or compete using Program content; engage in self-promotion or unauthorized promotion of any business; or commit intellectual property infringement. Termination under these circumstances will occur without refund.

14. Community Conduct, Non-Solicitation, and Code of Conduct

To maintain a safe, respectful, and trustworthy environment for all participants, staff, and instructors, the following conduct rules apply within all community spaces associated with the Programs, including member platforms, live sessions, discussion groups, messaging channels, and events.

14.1 Respectful Conduct

You agree to treat our staff, instructors, and other participants with respect. Rude, hostile, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior directed at us, our staff or instructors, or any other member will result in immediate removal from the Program and all associated communities, without refund, with forfeiture of any applicable money-back guarantee.

14.2 Zero Tolerance for Harassment and Discrimination

We have zero tolerance for racism, discrimination, harassment, insults, threats, or any similarly abusive behavior directed at us, our staff or instructors, or any other member, whether during a live session, in the community platform, or in any written communication. Any such conduct will result in immediate removal from the Program and all associated communities, without refund, with forfeiture of any applicable money-back guarantee.

14.3 Non-Solicitation and Self-Promotion

It is strictly prohibited to promote your own products, programs, coaching, consulting, or services, or those of any other outside business, within any Ameritalian™ community space. This includes attempting to sell, market, or solicit business from other participants, recruiting Program members into outside programs or services, and sending unsolicited pitches or offers to other participants.

If you would like us to consider reviewing or featuring your business, or any other business, please send details to team@theameritalians.com for our evaluation. We are under no obligation to review, approve, or feature any business submitted to us.

Any self-promotion, or promotion of any other business, within a Program or community space that has not been approved by us in advance will result in immediate removal from the Program and all associated communities, without refund, with forfeiture of any applicable money-back guarantee.

14.4 Effect of Violation

Any violation of this Section 14 will result in immediate removal from the Program and all associated communities, at our sole discretion. Removal under this Section is treated the same as any other Terms violation under Section 5: all payments made will be forfeited, and any applicable money-back guarantee (including the Andiamo™ 30-day guarantee or the Parliamo™ 24-hour window) becomes immediately void, with no refund issued under any circumstances. Removal also permanently ends any Locked Rate under Section 3.3.3.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms or the Programs shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and The Millionaire Couple, Inc. / The Ameritalians™ regarding your participation in any Program and supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings.

18. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

By purchasing and enrolling in any Ameritalian™ Program, you agree to contact us directly at team@theameritalians.com to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with your credit card company, bank, or payment processor.

If you initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal of payment after purchasing or participating in any Ameritalian™ Program, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to all Programs, materials, and communities; deny any future purchases or participation in Ameritalian™ Programs; and provide documentation of your agreement to these Terms and proof of Program access or participation to the payment processor as evidence in the dispute.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated after Program access has been granted, you remain responsible for any outstanding balance owed, and we reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid amounts through appropriate legal means if necessary. Initiating a chargeback in violation of these Terms may also result in permanent removal from all Ameritalian™ Programs and communities.

19. Acknowledgment of Agreement

By checking the box or button at checkout indicating your acceptance, or by otherwise enrolling in or paying for any Program, you affirmatively acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including the program-specific terms applicable to the Program you are purchasing.
