These SMS Terms govern your participation in text messaging from The Ameritalians (a DBA of The Millionaire Couple, LLC). By opting in, you agree to these terms.

How to Opt In

You can opt in to The Ameritalians SMS by checking the SMS consent box on one of our website forms and providing your mobile number, or by texting a keyword we publish. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

How to Opt Out

You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the short code or number you are receiving messages from. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major U.S. wireless carriers; carrier support may change without notice.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Privacy

We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose personal information, mobile phone numbers, or SMS opt-in consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
